- Pastor Joseph Nieves
- I became the Lead Pastor of Trinity A/G, Middletown, NY on May 3, 2009. Previously I served as the Lead Pastor of Christian Assembly Church in Pittsfield, MA. I also founded International Worship Center in Boston, MA, and served as a Youth Pastor in Providence, RI. I was born in the Bronx, NY, and have a Puerto Rican heritage. I met my beautiful wife Ruth in September 1990 at Orange County Community College, Middletown, NY. Married in June 1997. I have two awesome sons, Joey age 8, and Josiah 2 1/2. I graduated SUNY Orange with a degree in Police Science. I also attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I wanted to be in the NY State Police, but after a radical encounter with Christ at Times Square Church, NYC in 1992, God changed my course in life. Instead of arresting people, I now set them free. In 1994 I enrolled in Zion Bible College (www.zbc.edu) and earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies. Next fall I intend to begin pursuing my Master's with Southeastern University.

I think it is a great idea as well. Thanks for your honesty and opneness about your son. I am sure it will be a blessing to all who read it but especially to those who walk in your shoes. God has great plans in store for you.
Pastor Joe; I thank God He is looking for the heart and not the age of the chosen one. David wasn't too young to down a giant with a stone. You have a heart for Him and I see it in so many ways.
Take heart! Our LORD is using you and Ruth mightly. I am happy to witness it & be a part of it.
Our Lord was so generous to us Sunday. HE is touched by our grief and sends comfort in a tangible way as I witnessed Sunday. My own grief was lifted and I cried tears of joy.
We can rest within His love knowing that He is with us in all circustances and is ready to lift us when we Look to Him. I know you do. I pray many blessing on the three of you.
It's going to be a GLORIOUS MORNING.
